For bulk buyers, appearance is only the first step. KR combines two commercially available PU decking series with coordinated finishing accessories, dedicated fixing screws, and OEM development options to support stronger product-line planning.
COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
AND LAYERED COLOUR
+ FIXING SYSTEM
Two distinct looks.
One PU decking platform.
From warmer natural grains to strongly weathered surfaces, both collections are currently available for commercial supply.
Enhanced Grain Series
A refined grain pattern with the visual warmth of timber, suitable for premium residential product lines and contemporary terrace specifications.
Weathered Merbau Series
Deep, expressive grain with a visibly aged character, developed for buyers seeking a distinctive weathered-timber appearance.
Enhanced Grain / Board Profile
Supplied standard size: 200 × 30 × 3600 mm, 10.5 kg per board.
Weathered Merbau / Board Profile
Supplied standard size: 200 × 30 × 3600 mm, 10.5 kg per board.
The character of timber, shaped through process.
The textured finish starts with a mould taken from real timber. A polyurethane elastomer surface is formed against the mould and finished using a layered colour system with UV-stability components.
For importers and private-label partners, this provides a clear technical story behind the visual range — material, moulding and colour development, rather than appearance claims alone.
Surface relief originates from real timber impressions.
The elastomer surface captures the designed grain.
Colour is built up in layers alongside UV-stability components.
Inside the board.
A defined PU material platform, with no wood in the confirmed composition.
Moulded grain and layered colour treatment with UV-stability components.
Polyurethane resin combined with mineral powder, mainly limestone.
Reinforcement is part of the confirmed structural composition.
Current product description identifies a foamed, micro-porous structure.
A range that can grow with your market.
All colours shown in the supplied collection visuals are currently available for sale. Additional colour directions can be considered through KR’s OEM programmes.

Process control that matters to buyers.
For volume purchasing, the right question is not only how a board looks — it is how the supplier maintains the approved product identity through production and delivery.
Texture and mould approval
Confirm the chosen grain reference and surface appearance before final production sign-off.
Layered colour reference
Use approved physical colour samples to align production expectations and repeat supply.
Dimensions and profile control
Make nominal board size, section design and accessory fit central to procurement review.
